How to prepare for a challenge?

Everything needs preparation, especially a challenge.  There are few steps for preparation.

Decide wholeheartedly – I am going to do it, I only can do it. This type of mind set is needed. Make your mind to understand that your brain has decided to take the challenge and it has to give cooperation.  Most of the time you know what is right and you wont do it. Its because you have not made your mind to understand the importance of it. Recollect your past performance so that your mind will get ready to face the challenge.

Once you have decided to take the challenge, you should prepare for what you need to face the challenge. For example, if you are planning to run in a marathon, then you need a fit body, running equipments like shoes and training.

The reason why you are doing it should be strong. That only will hold you during tough times. If your reason for why you are doing it is weak, at least what will happen if you didn’t do it should be strong.

The people who make history has a strong reason for why they are doing it.

Make yourself proud. Understand your worth. Challenge. Are you ready?☺
