Day 27 - Rules & exception

 I have formed rules and exception for each challenge. Exception is based on other rules. Every challenge is tough. It needs rules to follow. And when going gets tough, exception shows you the path to follow. Many of us dont give importance to maintaining our health. We postpone health related activities. Follow a good health routine and see your performance in your work. You will be surprised. Every day I tell myself, "I will do things as per my challenge today, exception is for tomorrow". It makes me to keep going. The things which seems impossible at the starting, looks as possibilities now. What about you? How the new year is treating you?

Habit - 17th day of the 100 day challenge...

 When we decide to achieve certain things in new year, we forget about one important thing. Health . If we are healthy only, we can achieve whatever we want/wish. Starting the year with giving priority to health is good. Most of us sit infront of the system full day and we forget to drink water, move.  Start the day with drinking water. Drinking water in empty stomach in morning removes toxins. Walk atleast 2 kms per day. In a week you can walk atleast 5 days. Initial days are to form healthy habits. I will update at the 30th day the changes in my health. I am following my health goals religiously. What about you?

 Limits try to limit us. But goal setting challenges set us free from the limits. When we think beyond our limits, then only we can grow. Some times we have a perspective about our limits in a wrong way. We think in a spiral because of our wrong perspective.  If you are new to goal setting, set daily goal, try to achieve it. After few days set weekly goals. When you complete your daily goals or weekly goals, you gain confidence about yourself. (How to gain confidence in trading? - Most asked query) You start trusting yourself and you will be unstoppable. Whatever goal we set for new year we can achieve it when we are healthy. In my 100 day goal challenge, health has the highest priority. To maintain health, the choices I have are aerobics, walking, spending time with nature etc.  I will update this blog once in 10 to 15 days about the progress I am making. What about U...
