  Some times we can not say, "I dont care". Some times we can not ignore. And some times your opponent may be stronger than you. But many times any missed opportunity will create regret in life. I am taking this challenge so that I wont regret. The challenge is On... Duration - till it completes. Will see who wins . Even if I will fail, I will rise above as a strong person.

 If you are hungry and dont have food, some one with kind heart can give you food. If you dont have job, some one who needs employees can give a job. In trading, if you dont have balanced mind, even you got best education in trading, best traders who can give you entries, targets, you can not make money. Your destiny is in your hands in trading. How it is connected to Himalayan monks? Meditation If you meditate daily and balance your mind during tough time, you can be the best trader. Most people start with the mind set, I know everything and I am super smart in my field. But they fail to realise trading needs different skill set. Dont trade without proper education. And practise what you learn. Moving one strategy to another with out proper understanding of anything will give loss at the end.  Trading is not for the people who are fickle minded.   Only the strong and balanced mind wins.

 Today I am completing my 100 day health challenge goals. Any challenge needs inspiration. I thank my best friend/accountability partner Mr. Anshu for being my inspiration. Inspiration started as a spark and other things happened as a chain reaction. We both followed different methods, but got the results.  Now the health goals have become a habit and I am going to follow it. When you think something is impossible to you, find an inspiration and start your journey, then it will become a possibility. Its not like there wont be any road blocks, just you have go around or cross or jumb over it :D Where there is a heart ✌ there is a way.

 Market was volatile. Market is volatile. Market will be volatile. Many traders think once the volatility is over, once the bad times are over, I can trade better. Truth is that day never come. Market will be like this only. Understanding & accepting it needs courage. Then only you can go to next stage to face it.  Everybody think we can get free material from internet and learn. And after learning from it, they get the mind set, "I know everything". Remember you can not know everthing even if you have 20+ years of experience in market. Continuos learning is a must. Along with that you should learn to manage your emotions too. Plan your trade and have flexibility to accept the movement of the market. Have a set of trading rules and follow it.  Become a better person. Protect your values, ethics and integrity. Dont compromise it. Have awareness about your health & mind. Trust yourself.
