Who dont want to trade when the market is having momentum?  Every trend trader would love to trade when there is momentum in market. Below is the chart of Bank Nifty on expiry day feb 23, 2023. See the force of falling and recovering.

Momentum wont happen in few seconds or minutes. It takes time to build it. One step forward, then another step and then one more. When price pushes itself step by step, then we get momentum. In challenges, building mometum takes will power. And to trade on indexes, you need will power. Do you have it?

How to prepare for a challenge?

Everything needs preparation, especially a challenge.   There are few steps for preparation. Decide wholeheartedly – I am going to do it, I only can do it. This type of mind set is needed. Make your mind to understand that your brain has decided to take the challenge and it has to give cooperation.   Most of the time you know what is right and you wont do it. Its because you have not made your mind to understand the importance of it. Recollect your past performance so that your mind will get ready to face the challenge. Once you have decided to take the challenge, you should prepare for what you need to face the challenge.
