Hedging...

 We can not always expect the market will move as per our expectation. To reduce the damage and to reduce the risk, we hedge. 

Without action, the best intentions in the world are nothing more than that: intentions.

May be you know a lot, but knowing is different from doing. Knowledge about trading is different from executing the trades.

I dont believe in words, I believe in action. Adding another 100 days challenge to hedge my 1st 100 days goals which I started in 2023.

1st 100 day goals have rules & exception for every rule. 2nd 100 day has rules, but no exceptions in it.

How to prepare for a challenge?

Everything needs preparation, especially a challenge.   There are few steps for preparation. Decide wholeheartedly – I am going to do it, I only can do it. This type of mind set is needed. Make your mind to understand that your brain has decided to take the challenge and it has to give cooperation.   Most of the time you know what is right and you wont do it. Its because you have not made your mind to understand the importance of it. Recollect your past performance so that your mind will get ready to face the challenge. Once you have decided to take the challenge, you should prepare for what you need to face the challenge. For example, if you are planning to run in a marathon, then you need a fit body, running equipments like shoes and training. The reason why you are doing it should be strong.
